In a heartwarming event set against the backdrop of Canada’s national pastime, the Toronto Blue Jays will play host to a special citizenship ceremony welcoming 24 of Canada’s newest citizens from six different countries.
The Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship, will lead the ceremony taking place in the TD Summit Suite at Rogers Centre on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Although closed to the public, the ceremony promises to be a touching moment as Citizenship Judge Rodney Simmons will preside over the proceedings that mark a significant milestone in the lives of these individuals.
