Minister Miller to attend citizenship ceremony in Toronto

Set to be one of the largest citizenship ceremonies in recent memory and the biggest across Canada this year, the ceremony will be overseen by Citizenship Judge Rodney Simmons. Adding an extra touch of spectacle to the occasion, performers from Cirque du Soleil’s ECHO group will join in singing the national anthem with the new citizens.
